As part of the “Career Journey 3” event organized by the Department of Contemporary Turkish Dialects and Literatures, our graduate Orhangazi Serbest met with students.

Currently working as a Turkish Language and Literature teacher, Orhangazi Serbest shared his educational and professional experiences with undergraduate students during the online event. Speaking about his academic journey leading to his teaching career, Serbest emphasized the contributions of the knowledge and experiences he gained during his student years to his professional life.

Throughout the event, Serbest offered various recommendations to students on professional development, examination processes, career planning, and personal growth, while also answering participants’ questions. The program, held in a sincere and interactive atmosphere, attracted significant interest from the students.

The “Career Journey” event series aims to contribute to students’ career planning processes and strengthen interaction between graduates and current students.
