a) Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree. For degrees obtained abroad, a certificate of equivalence approved by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) is required.
b) Applicants must have an ALES score not lower than 55, as specified in the special conditions of the announcement. (Applicants who have previously graduated from any doctoral program are exempt from the ALES requirement; their ALES score will be considered as 55.)

d) Applicants must have an ALES score obtained within the last five years in the relevant score type: at least 55 for applicants with a master’s degree, and at least 80 for those applying with a bachelor’s degree, as specified in the special conditions of the announcement.
