Orientation Training Held at the Department of Contemporary Turkish Dialects and Literatures

An orientation program was organized at the Department of Contemporary Turkish Dialects and Literatures at Bartın University in order to support newly enrolled students in adapting to university life.

As part of the event, students were provided with comprehensive information about the academic and social opportunities offered by Bartın University. The university campuses, health services, Double Major and Minor programs, employment opportunities within the department, the Education and Examination Regulations, classrooms, and dormitory facilities were introduced.

Additionally, services contributing to students’ academic and personal development were explained, including library services, RİMER, the Erasmus, Farabi, and Mevlana exchange programs, student clubs, and the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Application Center.

Information was also shared about Bartın University’s Zero Waste Project and the Accessibility in Space Award, emphasizing the university’s achievements in sustainability and accessibility.

The orientation program aimed to facilitate students’ adaptation to university life and to help them make a strong start to their educational journey.
